The letters are printed with the
details as input on the web form, no refund can be made for any error in
the input, however if the last posting date can be met a replacement
will be offered. |

Letters will only be issued on
receipt of credit/debit card payment or on clearance of any cheque
payment |

If the letters are not received a replacement
will be issued if the final posting date can be met, if not a full
refund will be made. |
| 5. |
Letters orders received before 5th will be
posted on the 5th December, all orders received after this date will be
dispatched within 48 hours up to the final posting date. |
