When you submit your order you will be sent a confirmation email confirming your order details. For any queries please quote your name and contact details. If payment is made by Paypal you will be given a Transaction ID, please use this reference number in all future correspondence.

Christmas Tree Decorations ordered with letters – Where possible the decoration shown will be sent however we reserve the right to offer an alternative of the same or higher value.

Letter Postal Dates

Our Letters from Santa are posted First class via Royal Mail on the 5th December for all orders received prior to that date. Orders received after this date will be sent within 72 hours and not after the last Posting date as defined by Royal Mail.

Postage of Gifts

All orders other than Letters from Santa will be dispatched within 72 hours.

Data Protection All information collected by Santa’s Elves will be stored securely and only used in the production of personalised products. Santa’s Elves will never pass on your data to a third party and will only contact you in future if you have agreed to this. We adhere to the Data Protection Act – Register Number Z9616467.

Cheque Payments All cheques should be made payable to Santa’s Elves and posted to Santa’s Elves, 1 Team Vale Villa’s Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, NE11 9NB. The reference number for your order should be quoted on all cheques.

Cancellation & Returns

Faulty Goods : Santa’s Elves have a no quibble returns policy on faulty or substandard goods and it is asked that should the goods be proved to be faulty in any way that in the first instance contact be via email or telephone (see contact us page). You will be requested to return the item in question, with packaging, where you will be given the option of a full refund or a replacement article.
